Q&A About the Online Qigong Course

My Qigong Foundations course has helped many students learn or deepen their Qigong practice. Some of you have shown an interest in the course. Here are some answers to your frequently asked questions.

What other information do you have about the Qigong set you teach? Is this an old-fashioned set? How much time does the routine usually take?

The Qigong set that I will be teaching was initially taught to me in the ZiRanMen lineage. This was taught as a series of basic Qigong, or "jibengong." Of course, studying under the Heaven Man Earth tradition has improved my understanding of the set.

Usually, the Qigong set takes fifteen to twenty-five minutes. In order to allow the set to be modified based on time and necessity, I will also be introducing other ways to approach it. To further open and educate the body in line with the set, I will also teach a series of auxiliary exercises in addition to the Qigong. Therefore, you can also decide to extend the routine's duration.

Is this a set that would work well for my pre-meditation practice in the morning and occasionally in the evening?

Indeed. This is one way to use the routine. Given the basic aspect of this specific set, I am certain that the Qigong and accompanying exercises will be easy to learn well (particularly if watching all 8 sessions). It is a clear and effective complement to any meditation or Qi practices.

Finally, if you would want to talk about these issues in more detail, I would be pleased to have you schedule an online consultation. If you would like to make a reservation, use this link:
