What’s Inside
Module 1
First, we will work on basic body opening exercises to increase flexibility and reduce physical obstructions to energy flow.
Our first two Qigong exercises will focus on building connection from foot to hand, and the spherical plane.
Module 2
Now it is time to start working on the vertical plane.
We will progress through body opening and even squat to ensure that our bodies become ready for increased energy.
Module 3
After learning the spherical and vertical planes, it is time to work on the horizontal plane.
We will continue to open the body as we make more progress in our knowledge of Qigong.
Module 4
We will learn a closing sequence and learn about the three energetic centers.
Now that you have a complete routine, it is time to start putting it into practice!
