TaiChi Workshop Tour 2024 with Paul McIntyre

Paul McIntyre, a senior instructor in the Heaven Man Earth Taiji (TaiChi) system and a direct senior student of Sifu Adam Mizner, will be running a series of intensive workshops throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

The workshops will focus on opening the body, sinking and mobilising the Qi. The sessions will provide attendees with methods and insights to educate, develop and transform the body. Suitable for both those seeking an entry into / or for those who wish to deepen their personal practice of internal arts.

Locations include Tokyo, Singapore, Auckland (New Zealand), and four Australian locations: Perth, Sydney, Byron Bay and Melbourne. Spaces are limited, so book soon!
