Join Sifu Adam Mizner for a weekend Taiji workshop in Tokyo, Japan. This is the first time that Sifu Mizner has taught in Japan and presents a rare opportunity to experience HME Taiji first hand with the system founder.

Sifu Mizner will share his deep understanding of the Yang family art including exercises to open the body, mobilize the qi and how to develop and apply jin (internal force).

Both days will include a morning and afternoon session. A senior HME instructor will also assist to provide hands on corrections and feedback. There will be a translator present for Japanese speakers.

Sifu Mizner does not usually teach short workshops. This is a unique opportunity for anyone traveling or living in Japan or the wider Asia region to be introduced or taken further into the depth of this art.

マイズナー師父は、体を開き、気を動かすエクササイズや、勁力（内なる力）を開発し応用する方法など、楊家に伝わる秘法についての深い理解を皆さんにシェアします。

土曜と日曜の午前と午後にセッションが行われます。サポートとして上級 HME インストラクターも同様に、手取り足取り細部の導入を行ないます。英語の理解のために日本語専門通訳も付きます。

マイズナー師父は近年、短いワークショップはもはやほとんど開催しなくなりました。今回は、日本または広範囲のアジア地域に住む、又は一時的に滞在する方々にとって、この武術としての身体芸術の深さを体験し、さらに深めるためのまたとない機会です。
