Week 2

Join Senior HME Level 2 Instructor Paul McIntyre for a training intensive to delve deep into the details and function of fundamental training methods from the HME taiji system. Receive tailored and hands-on instruction and corrections to transform and open the body, access the qi, and develop internal power (jin).

Those wishing to attend the May 2024 weekend workshop with HME founder Sifu Adam Mizner may wish to extend their experience in Japan by attending 1 or 2 weeks additional training with Paul McIntyre. Paul is a senior instructor in the HME system and a direct personal student of Sifu Adam Mizner.
