Develop basic core - heal yourself

Basic core strength and the ability to engage the pelvic floor is generally required for getting up from lying down. This video looks at building this skill and the the principal of rehabilitation and strengthening.

It is great to receive treatment from a good bodyworker. However alongside this we need to take care of ourselves, to heal and to maintain our body for our self too.
