How to stretch - heal yourself

Maybe you know 'what' you need to stretch. However it is our approach and 'how' we stretch that is vital and makes all the difference to what you get out of it.

It is great to receive treatment from a good bodyworker. However alongside this we need to take care of ourselves, to heal and to maintain our body for our self too.
